Post-pandemic changes in working patterns and increased financial uncertainty are negatively impacting employee mental health in and outside of work.

Companies can provide their employees with mental health & welfare counselling without triggering a taxable benefit whilst also claiming a deduction in their corporation tax return.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved beyond a mere marketing tool; it’s now seen as an ethical must for businesses. Companies that focus solely on profits while ignoring their social, environmental, and economic impacts are falling behind. Employees increasingly value working for companies that give back to society.
CSR is no longer an add-on but a fundamental business practice. Many organizations now embrace it as a way to foster a healthy workplace, which in turn supports employee well-being and strengthens stakeholder relationships.
Incorporating mental health into CSR programs can be particularly effective. This includes offering confidential counselling services and working to reduce the stigma around mental health.
